3. Payments

- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
4. Delivery
- Deliveries are made on scheduled days to the address provided at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the meals.
- Keto Life Piu is not liable for spoiled products if no one is present at delivery.
5. Cancellations, Pauses & Modifications
- Subscription changes (pause, skip, or cancel) must be requested at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
- Late requests may not be processed.
6. Refund Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of our meals, returns are not accepted.
- Refunds or credits are only provided if there is a verified issue with the order (damaged packaging, missing items, or incorrect delivery).
