Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of any meals once they have been delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for refunds or credits.

• Subscription cancellations, skips, or pauses must be requested at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
• Late requests may not be processed, and no refunds will be issued.
