Deliveries are made on scheduled days to ensure freshness.
Customers will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once the order is processed.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the meals, as they are fresh and must be refrigerated immediately.

Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we cannot accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order (missing items, damaged packaging, or incorrect delivery), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your meals.
Refunds or credits will be issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation.
Subscription changes (pauses, skips, or cancellations) must be requested at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
