- Deliveries are made on scheduled days to ensure freshness.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once the order is processed.
- Please make sure someone is available to receive the meals, as they are fresh and must be refrigerated immediately.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we cannot accept returns.
- If there is an issue with your order (missing items, damaged packaging, or incorrect delivery), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your meals.
- Refunds or credits will be issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation.
- Subscription changes (pauses, skips, or cancellations) must be requested at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
